Eyes : Very dense and brilliant purple, with deep red glints.
Nose : Racy complex and generous. At first, perfumed, with brambly hints, dead leaves and incense. Evolves towards blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry and redcurrant. Good intensity.
Mouth : Dense, with plenty of flavour. Rich and tonic with well integrated fresh tannins, which end up by drying out the mouth. Superb finish, long, fresh and mineral.
Global : A wine of very great concentration, loads of flavour supple and full bodied. To drink with veal chops.
